Catering Sales & Development Manager

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Catering Sales & Development Manager to lead and grow our catering business across Chi'Lantro. This is a sales-first role for someone who loves to win new business, build lasting relationships, and get out into our restaurants and communities to make catering grow. You will drive catering sales directly, oversee our catering operation, and develop our restaurant teams into a catering sales engine, helping each location grow catering in the community around it.

Today, Chi'Lantro serves nearly 1 million guests and visitors yearly at 11 locations across Austin, San Marcos, and Houston, and is committed to serving our guests great food, and amazing customer service, in a clean and friendly environment.
