What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a People Operations Generalist to run the day-to-day of our People Operations department. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes owning their work end to end: payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and being the first person our team members and General Managers come to when they need something. You will work alongside our Director of People Operations and Training & Development, with real ownership from day one. If you would rather go find the answer than wait for someone to hand it to you, you will do well here.

- You figure things out. When something lands on your desk that you have never seen before, your instinct is to go find the answer rather than ask who has it.

- You own your work end to end and you close loops. Things do not sit.
- You like being the person people come to, and you can make a complicated answer simple for whoever is asking.
- You are organized and good with deadlines and details. Payroll runs every two weeks and it has to be right.

- You are bilingual in English and Spanish.
