Chi'Lantro is hiring a Crew Leader! In this position, you fulfill our guests’ inspiration by working to produce high quality food that exceeds their expectations. Your dedication to creating Korean BBQ inspired dishes will play an integral role in providing great customer service while still adhering to high food safety standards.

What You Do
- Greets every guest as they enter our restaurant
- Maintain an extremely detailed level of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area
- Prepares ingredients according to restaurant recipes
- Connects our brand while taking the guests’ order
- Assembles menu items according to specifications of the company and the guest
- Assumes responsibly for the quality and presentation of each and every item served
- Delivers the Chi’Lantro experience when serving the food
- Acts as manager on duty in the absence of General Manager and Kitchen Manager
- Places orders for food, beverage, and other supplies as needed
- Communicates with Crew Members effectively to ensure great customer service, impeccable cleanliness of our restaurant, and high-quality food
- Takes initiative to be a positive role model and leader to crew
- Accounts for food and beverage spoilage and enter into Spoilage Log
- Responsible for ongoing training and new training of Crew Members
- Responsible for overseeing duties pertaining to opening and closing of the restaurant
- Assesses prep needs and assign to Crew Members to complete. Follow up as necessary
- Assigns cleaning and daily tasks to Crew Members
- Exceeds the expectations of our customers by seeing the needs of our guests before they do
- Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a lasting relationship with each and every one of our guests by creating a lasting impression from the moment the guest walks in the door to the moment they leave our restaurant.
About You!
- High sense of urgency
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to use your hands to chop, prep, hold and grab small and large items
- Must be able to communicate the primary language(s) of the work location.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Knowledge of FIFO and food safety standards a plus, but not required
