Choice provides front of the house staffing (waiters, bartenders, captains, etc.) for parties ranging anywhere from 10-4000 people. We staff many high profile events both in and out of New York City. <br><br><br><br>We work with many caterers, both big and small, and pride ourselves on our excellence in service. We have staffed the biggest fundraisers in the city, movie premieres, high profile weddings, star studded galas, grand openings, corporate holiday parties, small private house parties, and events anywhere in the tri-state area from New York City to NJ to Connecticut to Southampton.
