About the Role

Chotto Matte Manchester is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our vibrant Sales & Events team. This is a key role within a fast-paced, premium hospitality venue, ideal for someone with a passion for planning and delivering exceptional events.

As Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the full event lifecycle—from initial enquiry to execution—for all smaller inbound events and large table bookings. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of all smaller events and large table bookings, ensuring seamless planning and delivery.
• Monitor and respond to enquiries via the Manchester Events inbox, website, and callback sheet.
• Coordinate all aspects of inbound and outbound events, including:
• Securing menu pre-orders and gathering allergy or dietary requirements
• Liaising with third-party suppliers such as DJs, AV teams, decorators, etc.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen, Bar and Front of House teams to ensure events run smoothly and guests receive the highest level of service.
• Develop detailed event plans covering finer details to bring the client’s vision to life 
• Ensuring all pre-event documentation, including function sheets and kitchen sheets, are completed and comprehensive 
• Uphold Chotto Matte’s premium standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience for every event and large group.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in events coordination, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is desirable
• A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
