The Role:

Our expeditor serves as the critical link between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring that dishes are prepared, plated, and delivered with precision and efficiency. In Chotto Matte’s fast-paced, 450-seat fine dining environment, the Expeditor maintains flow during service, checks plating for accuracy and presentation, coordinates timing across stations, and communicates seamlessly with servers and chefs to guarantee a flawless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Inspect dishes for quality, consistency, and presentation before they leave the kitchen, upholding brand and culinary standards.
• Prioritize and manage ticket flow during peak service, maintaining a smooth rhythm and minimizing wait times.
• Support chefs and servers by anticipating needs, resolving issues quickly, and keeping service areas organized.
• Maintain composure and leadership in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to ensure a seamless guest experience.
