Chotto Matte, international restaurant group from London, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its Marylebone team.

THE ROLE:
To assist in the Front of House team and supervise the daily running of the restaurant. To take responsibility for the restaurant during the shift, supporting staff, cashing up, reporting, and ensuring a high quality of service to guests. All work is carried out in line with the departmental business plan, and The NZR Group corporate guidelines, and service concepts.
PERSONAL SKILLS:
1-year minimum experience in Bar and restaurant management.
Excellent command of English language (Written and spoken).
COSSH training.
Basic Knowledge of HACCP.
Ability to communicate with customers and peers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Self-motivated, continuously seeking to succeed and progress in a career within the company.
Flexible and committed.
Lively, enthusiastic and confident.
Ability to handle difficult situations successfully.
Good organizational skills.
Excellent supervisory skills
WORK ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
· UK resident.
· Pre-Settlement or Settlement status, required to provide Share Code, or BRP (Biometric Residence Permit), or British/Irish pasport.
· National Insurance Number.
