Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Senior Host to join our team. As the Senior Host at Chotto Matte, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service from the moment they arrive. You will oversee the host team, manage reservations, and help create an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Oversee the host team and ensure smooth operation of the front of house
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Work closely with the management team to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a restaurant host or, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
• Previous experience with reservation platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
