We are seeking a passionate Chef De Partie. As CDP at Chotto Matte, you will work closely with our talented culinary team to assist in the preparation and execution of our innovative dishes. From mastering traditional Japanese techniques to infusing them with the bold flavors of Peruvian cuisine, you will have the opportunity to contribute your creativity and passion to every plate that leaves our kitchen. Under the guidance of our experienced chefs, you will refine your culinary talents and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of Japanese Peruvian fusion dishes according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or Commis Chef
• Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment preferred
• Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic culinary setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
