Casa Nela is looking for experienced staff to join our culinary team at Claudette in the West Village. If you have a passion for great food and hospitality, then we want to meet you!

-Proven cooking experience in an high volume restaurant
-Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
-Familiar with industry's best practices, including department of health standards
-Availability to work weekends and nights
