The Role

As a member of our Front of House team, you'll play a key role in creating the memorable experiences our guests return for.

Great service at Clipstone is attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable without being pretentious, and always generous. Working closely with the kitchen and your fellow team members, you'll help ensure every service is smooth, welcoming and enjoyable.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism

• Taking food and drink orders confidently and accurately

• Serving food and beverages with care and attention to detail

• Preparing the restaurant before service and maintaining high standards throughout the day

• Working closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless communication and service

• Supporting your colleagues during busy services

• Helping create a relaxed and memorable dining experience for every guest

About You

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Front of House Team Member or Restaurant Server (although experience isn't essential if you have the right attitude)

• A naturally warm, positive and enthusiastic approach

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Strong attention to detail

• The ability to remain calm and professional during busy services

• Curiosity about food, wine and hospitality

• A willingness to learn and develop your skills

• A collaborative approach and enjoyment of working as part of a close-knit team
