The Constitution Pub – Camden

The Constitution is a much-loved Camden pub with a big heart, a loyal local crowd, and a reputation for honest, well-executed food. We’re looking for a Sous Chef who thrives in a busy, independent pub kitchen and wants to be part of a tight, passionate team.

The Role

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to:

Deliver consistently great, seasonal pub food

Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service

Support menu development and daily specials

Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and organisation

Step up and run the kitchen when required

About You

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up

Passion for fresh ingredients and classic pub dishes done properly

Calm, organised, and confident during busy services

A natural leader who sets the tone in the kitchen

Reliable, hands-on, and proud of what you put on the plate
