Description
If you are a passionate and professional Breakfast Chef de Partie and have previous experience working in a fast-pace and high volume kitchen, then we want to hear from you!
As our Breakfast Chef de Partie you would be responsible to prepare and deliver to breakfast service, providing a high standard of fresh food in a busy restaurant.
About you
- Proven experience working as a Breakfast Chef de Partie within a fast-paced kitchen
- Passion for service and presentation in everything you do
- Good food knowledge, especially European food from small places and snacks, to grilled mains, sourdough pizza and healthy salads
- Drive to expand your knowledge and grow within the business
- A dab hander in the kitchen and can jump on to a section with no worries at all
- Competitive hourly rate up to £13.65 (inclusive of non-contractual tronc)
