Job Description:

The primary goal of the Lead Line Cook is to teach, coach, and develop all employees to their fullest potential as part of the Brechtel Hospitality Team. 

This includes facilitating the “On the Job” (OJT) training program. Lead Line Cooks are responsible for effective verbal and written communication with both Managers and team members. Additional responsibilities include instructing training classrooms, attending quarterly meetings, facilitating workshops, and updating all HOH teammates on new training materials. The Lead Line Cook's purpose is to transform new recruits into certified HOH team members, ensuring that every guest receives the highest quality of food.

  Compensation

  1. Base Salary: Competitive hourly wage $18-22 or annual salary, often ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 or more, depending on the location and establishment.
  2. Overtime Pay: Additional compensation for hours worked over the standard workweek, typically at a rate of 1.5 times the hourly wage.

  • Punctuality: Arrive early for classrooms and training shifts to prepare and lead by example.
