Job Description:
The primary goal of the Lead Line Cook is to teach, coach, and develop all employees to their fullest potential as part of the Brechtel Hospitality Team.
This includes facilitating the “On the Job” (OJT) training program. Lead Line Cooks are responsible for effective verbal and written communication with both Managers and team members. Additional responsibilities include instructing training classrooms, attending quarterly meetings, facilitating workshops, and updating all HOH teammates on new training materials. The Lead Line Cook's purpose is to transform new recruits into certified HOH team members, ensuring that every guest receives the highest quality of food.

Lead Line Cooks must maintain a flexible schedule to ensure recruits receive coaching across various shifts. Team Captains should expect to work days, nights, weekdays, and weekends, averaging 40 hours per week.
