We are seeking a Morning Inn Keeper & Guest Host for an intimate eleven-room boutique Wine Pub & Inn located in the Central Business District in New Orleans. Our ideal candidate is a highly motived industrious person who has experience in the hospitality industry. Dependability is a must, and the candidate must thrive on providing an excellent guest experience specifically curated for Inn guests. Someone who has great attention to detail and who is efficient and effective in managing tasks. Bilingual candidates, able to converse in Spanish and English fluently, is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Set & Serve Inn Breakfast • Guest Services (Cloudbeds PMS) • Guest Communication (Whistle) • Room Inspection (Minibar & Shop) • Coordinate Housekeeping • Manage Check-outs • Overnight Security Check-out • Guest Arrival Pre-Check & Room Readiness • Restaurant Host – Board Runner • Restaurant Support
Pay Rate: $20.00 hr +
