At Copper Vine, our Dishwashers play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. This position ensures the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen equipment, cookware, and dishware to uphold our high standards for safety and quality. You are an essential part of the team that helps create a clean, efficient, and positive work environment.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all plateware, silverware, glassware, cookware, and kitchen tools
Operate and maintain the dish machine; assemble and break it down daily
Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store all kitchen items in designated areas
Keep dish station, pot sink, and utility areas clean and organized throughout the shift
Remove garbage, recycling, and food waste to designated disposal areas
Clean kitchen equipment, refrigerators, walls, floors, and workstations as scheduled or assigned
Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries, ensuring proper FIFO rotation
Perform minor food prep tasks (such as peeling, portioning, or organizing mise en place) as needed
Take out and replace dirty linen and maintain clean towel supply
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs multiple times per shift
Able to stand, bend, reach, and stoop for long periods in a hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environment
Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and commercial dish machines
Reliability and a strong work ethic
