Head Chef – High Volume – Scratch Kitchen
Location: NYC
Salary: $70,000 base + benefits
This client is a NYC staple and is the ‘go to spot’ for locals and tourists. They have been around for over 50 years and you’re guaranteed to have a great time!
The Head Chef Role
• Manage a team up to 30 BOH
• Recruits, trains and develops team
• Maintaining high - quality standards
• Serve Safe Certified
• P&L accountable for BOH operations
• Working hands on with the team (not an office position)
The Ideal Head Chef Candidate
• Good career stability (no job hopping)
• Scratch kitchen experience
• High volume experience ($20million annual sales)
• Organised and strong leadership skills
• Worked with reputable brands in the Philadelphia market
