Responsibilities
• Oversee the entire Café operation
• Responsible for the hiring, firing and training and staff
• Organises the events in the café
• Responsible for PnL of site
• Oversee all H&S
Ideal candidate
• 2-3 years experience as a manager or supervisor
• Higher education in a relevant field
• Experience within food service, ideally within a corporate environment
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Serv Safe is an added bonus
