My client is an amazing, high end restaurant brand with an incredible ethos! This is a brand new role for them, they’re looking for someone hands on that can bring loads of experience and enthusiasm to the job!
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Training programme including writing, developing and designing content for all staff
• Create, recommend and implement training programs and modules
• Work with management to understand individual targets and needs and ways to help them achieve this
• Develop an effective learning and development programme
• Report to senior management on ROI for training
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience within training as well as being on the floor
• Experience within a high end restaurant environment
• Michelin star experience a huge plus!
