The Masons Arms is an award-winning gastro pub with a reputation for great food, excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and personable member of our front-of-house team to help us deliver a brilliant experience for every guest.

What’s the job?

No two services are quite the same. You’ll be working alongside a fun, energetic team, looking after our guests and helping to keep things running smoothly, even when the restaurant is at its busiest.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering friendly, attentive and professional service.
• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and making sure guests feel welcome.
• Working closely with the kitchen, bar and wider team to deliver excellent service.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation.
• Staying positive, organised and focused during busy services.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with previous waiting or front-of-house experience who takes pride in their work, enjoys working at pace and understands that great hospitality comes from a team pulling together.

You’ll be friendly, reliable, proactive and happy to muck in wherever needed. A good sense of humour and a positive attitude will go a long way!

Weekend and evening availability is essential, including availability to work public holidays. Hospitality is when we’re at our busiest, so flexibility and a genuine commitment to the role are important.
