and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the COYA family.

The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager would have the following experience and abilities:

·        People focused – building talented teams through motivation, learning and development

·        Running efficient, focused and fun shifts in high-end environments

·        Excellent customer service and communication skills

·        High levels of both written and spoken English

·        Intermediate financial understanding – cash handling, labour, rota and stock management

·        Ability to work under pressure (7 shifts over 5 days)

·        Positive and can do attitude
