COYA is a luxury lifestyle group with two venues in London; Mayfair and Angel Court, and global venues across the Middle East, Monte Carlo, Mykonos, Barcelona and Marbella.

We are looking to welcome an experienced Reception Manager to the team. With the customer at the heart of everything we do, you must have a passion for leading the reception team to deliver the ultimate guest experience.

You will be experienced in leading a team in a luxury lifestyle venue whilst delivering consistent, efficient service at an impeccable standard.

As Reception Manager at COYA you can expect:

The ideal Reception Manager will have:

 

·        Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in luxury lifestyle venue

·        Advanced knowledge of OpenTable or Seven Rooms

·        Immaculately presented, attentive and naturally guest focused

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Strong people management skills and experience with managing a team

·        Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.

·        A passion for hospitality and customer service

·        Must have high level of both spoken and written English

·        Ability to work under pressure

·        Ability to motivate and drive the team

·        An excellent team player
