The ideal People & Culture Manager will:
· Have at least 2 years’ experience in a fast paced, high-end hospitality venue in a People & Culture management role.
· Manage all aspect of the HR function including ER management, Policy development, HR Systems Implementation/Management, Workforce Planning and Project Management
· Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
· Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy.
· Work closely, and build great working relationships with the People & Culture team in order to deliver any policy, procedure or legal changes.
· Develop, implement and review the effectiveness of People & Culture policies, ensuring compliance in all aspects of employment law.
· Have experience with payroll system is (essential) and Tronc (preferred)
· Have extensive knowledge of UK Employment law and Home Office regulations
