We’re looking for a passionate Events Coordinator to join our COYA Mayfair team, supporting the planning and delivery of private parties, corporate events, and special occasions in one of London’s most iconic venues.
What you’ll do:
Support the Events Manager with events from enquiry to execution and post-event follow-up
Respond promptly to client enquiries and create tailored event proposals
Conduct professional venue show-arounds
Coordinate event logistics and liaise with kitchen, bar, and operations teams
Support on-site event delivery and ensure seamless guest experiences
Maintain accurate CRM records, contracts, and function sheets
About you:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with a polished, professional presence
Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required
