Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee production of construction documents for new and existing locations
• Oversee maintenance of prototypes and design standards
• Work closely with other “Build Team” members (real estate, construction, procurement)
• Manage our signage company: design, production and installation of restaurant signage
• Lead municipal engagement, and expeditors for designs, plan submittals and permitting processes
• Conduct site investigation studies, site visits to check on project status, and provide in-field support
• Maintain and update any changes pertaining to the project or project information
• Conduct construction handoff meetings between real-estate and construction
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications: Education

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering, or in a related field preferred

Qualification: Experience

• 2+ years of experience with coordinating construction documents, and permitting.
• Retail and restaurant design experience preferred

Qualifications: Competencies

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

The ability to adapt to changed circumstances, tasks, responsibilities & people to achieve optimum results

Experience operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction
