We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and highly hands-on Digital Marketing Director to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our brand’s digital ecosystem. This includes email, app, loyalty, SMS, website, digital listings and third party marketplace. You’ll drive guest acquisition, engagement, and retention by ensuring the digital guest experience is cohesive, optimized, and aligned with brand goals.
This role balances high-level strategy with day-to-day execution and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll own the digital roadmap in partnership with IT and manage internal and external partners to deliver results across all owned digital channels. You’ll collaborate closely with the brand marketing director to best drive performance marketing in alignment of brand and digital initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines a guest-centric mindset with operational discipline and an ability to move quickly—from setting long-term digital strategies to QA’ing a campaign on deadline.
