At Cafe Rio, we are passionate about delivering fresh, made-from-scratch meals and creating exceptional guest experiences. Our Facilities team plays a critical role in ensuring our restaurants operate smoothly and safely—day and night, weekdays and weekends.

Position Summary:
Cafe Rio is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Facility Coordinator to join our Facilities team. This role is responsible for managing and administering facility-related work orders in Service Channel during after-hours and weekends. The position will work closely with the Facility Managers to support all Cafe Rio locations across multiple regions.

Schedule:

  • Days: Wednesday through Sunday
  • Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (with occasional flexibility as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage incoming work order tickets in Service Channel
  • Triage, dispatch, and follow up on facility-related service requests
  • Ensure timely communication and escalation of high-priority issues to Facility Managers
  • Support vendor coordination, status tracking, and ticket resolution
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation, notes, and updates in Service Channel
  • Collaborate with Facility Managers to ensure alignment on repairs, timelines, and vendor performance
  • Support weekend and after-hours coverage needs across the full Café Rio portfolio
  • Other support tasks as needed to assist Facilities data tracking initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2+ year of administrative or facilities coordination experience
  • Experience with Service Channel or similar work order platforms a strong plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
