A Day In The Shack

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for managing all daily Back of House operations within the Salt Lake City, UT shack. This role can be the launch pad of your career. With the help of our world-class executive training program, you will continually develop and master new skills that can be applied in your everyday life. The KM position comes with a starting salary of $55,000 and additional bonus compensation ranging from $6,500 - $13,000yr and generous perks and benefits, including health insurance.


You will have up to 25 team members under your wing, and it's essential that each one feels valued as we're counting on their dedication and hard work day-in, day-out! As a manager, you'll also maintain high standards for food quality while ensuring safe practices like health inspections. You will ensure the restaurant's efficient and profitable business performance and the optimal utilization of staff and resources while ensuring guests are satisfied with their dining experience.


 Requirements

  • Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry
  • Able to handle high volume business with ease and communicate effectively 
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
