Crew Clothing Company was founded in Salcombe in 1993. Today Crew is a great British brand, and our success lies in our authentic passion for producing great looking, well-made clothes. We now have more than 135 stores and a thriving website, and the business continues to grow.
Our people are
at the heart of our company. With a passion for exceptional service, and
a love for our product, our team is dedicated to offering the best customer
experience – nothing is too much trouble.
About the Role:
We are looking for a technically minded, data-driven graduate to join our team as a Graduate Product Manager, helping to shape the technology and data capabilities that support our growing fashion business.
Our business is moving to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as its in-house Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As we onboard new brands, we need to ensure their systems, processes and data integrate effectively with our existing infrastructure. You will play an important role in making this happen, helping to build, configure and set up the systems and data flows that enable new brands to operate seamlessly within our business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate with a degree in a data-driven, technology-based, computer science or engineering discipline who wants to develop a career at the intersection of technology, business systems, data and product management.
You will initially undertake a structured nine-month training programme delivered in partnership with our specialist agency partner, developing your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a particular focus on Finance and Supply Chain Management. Following this training, you will take on increasing responsibility for technology and data initiatives, with a growing focus on how AI can be applied to improve business processes, decision-making and operational efficiency.
You do not
need previous ERP experience. We are looking for someone with
strong technical foundations, analytical thinking, a genuine interest in
enterprise systems and data product management, and the curiosity and drive to
learn.
Responsibilities:
1. Brand onboarding and systems integration
2. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP development
3. Data management and product thinking
4. AI, automation and innovation
5. Collaboration and continuous improvement
