Sales and Events manager 

Following an exciting start to the year for The Crown & significant investment, we are looking for a Sales and Events manager to join Shannon and the team to drive The Crown forwards and put it on the map for all things events in Chertsey and beyond. We are looking for someone who loves people, has a proven track record in driving sales through converting enquiries, driving spend per head and networking, bringing new guests in to our business, corporate and leisure. As a pub with 49 bedrooms, this really is a role for someone who is looking to get their teeth stuck in to an all round sales driving role, from corporate meetings, to wine tastings, the sky really is the limit here at The Crown! This is a permanent role, with key focuses throughout the year including local events, sport and rugby and of course Christmas.
