Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join the team at Cubitt House. A Sous Chef/Senior Sous Chef who will not only share our passion for the products but be enthusiastic, work in a team and above all, have fun while doing it all. A desire to deliver the absolute best experience for our guests is a must.

Cubitt House is a locally run independent business, showcasing a collection of award-winning public houses and hotels that proudly serve the Central London neighbourhoods of Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Pimlico and Marylebone. We are expanding and looking to open additional Pubs next year and beyond, offering bags of opportunity to grow with us, into a Head Chef role in the future.

We use distinct and exceptional British produce with a nod to European cooking techniques, putting an emphasis on keeping things simple, without compromising on quality. We have developed relationships with independent suppliers to create “farm to plate” dining in all our venues.
