We're seeking a passionate, experienced Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our high-volume craft cocktail program in a refined, fast-paced environment.
Job Summary
As the Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s beverage program, including cocktails, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings. This leadership role involves developing seasonal beverage menus, managing inventory and cost controls, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and driving excellence in service, presentation, and guest experience. You’ll collaborate closely with culinary and FOH leadership to create seamless, memorable experiences that reflect the Wolfgang Puck brand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the bar and beverage program, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
Design, implement, and train staff on seasonal craft cocktail menus.
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control strategies.
Foster a strong beverage culture through education, mentoring, and service training.
Maintain all licensing, safety, and compliance requirements.
Partner with the management team to support guest service, team performance, and operational goals.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing a high-volume bar or beverage program, preferably in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation techniques.
Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused operation.
Demonstrated creativity in menu development and execution.
Familiarity with beverage cost control, inventory systems, and vendor management.
WSET Spirits Certification or similar beverage education is a plus but not required.
