With bold flavors, refined techniques, and a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere, CUT delivers an unforgettable fine dining experience—and we’re looking for skilled Line Cooks to join our award-winning team.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency
Work various stations in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with chefs and teammates to ensure seamless service and kitchen operations
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen is required
Steakhouse experience is strongly preferred
Solid knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Culinary school education is a plus but not required
