Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Server with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail to join our team. This role is central to creating a polished and memorable guest experience, ensuring that each cocktail and beverage is served with precision and grace. Fine dining or luxury hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities

Provide attentive, professional cocktail service in the lounge, bar, and dining areas.

Present and describe specialty cocktails, wines, and spirits with confidence.

Anticipate guest needs, personalize service, and deliver a seamless luxury experience.

Accurately process orders, handle payments, and ensure compliance with Nevada liquor laws.

Work closely with bartenders, servers, and managers to maintain smooth operations.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards at all times.
Qualifications

Prior cocktail serving experience required; fine dining or upscale hospitality strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology basics.

Professional appearance, polished communication, and guest-first attitude.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
