The reservations office is open from 9am – 9pm, 7 days a week, your working hours will fall between these times.

Founded in 2006 by David Loewi, the mission has always been the same, to provide each and every guest with a luxury experience when stepping foot into our restaurants, bars and hotel. Through the years we have paved the way in the luxury dining scene, acquiring some of the most iconic venues in London and beyond, venues such as Bluebird Chelsea, 100 Wardour St, Quaglino’s, 20 Stories, Orelle and South Place Hotel.
A bit about what you will be doing and what we are looking for:
We are looking for a talented reservations agent with a positive attitude and a friendly personality to join the team. Someone with a passion for the hospitality industry, full of energy and will proactively contribute to our mission and ongoing success. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities include:
· Managing day to day reservation bookings and enquiries for multiple sites via phone or email.
· Processing accurate and timely confirmations.
· Positively marketing our concept to those that enquire.
· The reservations office is open from 9am – 9pm, 7 days a week, your working hours will fall between these times.
· You will be working within a team of 5 and you will be responding to our Reservation Manager.
Skills and attributes:
· Previous experience working within the hospitality industry is desirable.
· A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
· A friendly and personable telephone manner is essential.
· Knowledge of opentable is a plus, though training will be provided for successful candidates.
