We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in New York. As Marketing Manager you will lead and develop the marketing strategy for our two New York restaurants, Bluebird and queensyard.
You will be focusing on raising brand awareness, marketing campaigns and wider revenue generating initiatives that will drive sales and press, which will work in line with restaurant budgets and objectives.
We are looking for a candidate who is innovative, creative and is used to working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan strategic and creative marketing campaigns for restaurants that drive revenue and smaller local campaigns,
reporting on the ROI.
• Develop a digital marketing strategy for the restaurants; developing digital acquisition channels, creating and
delivering trend setting digital marketing campaigns, and analysing customer data to deliver a robust CRM plan.
• Full responsibility for the restaurants’ online digital profile and optimising the digital journey by detailed analysis of
onsite behaviours and customer data.
• Create unparalleled creative marketing campaigns that will generate a strong ROI, print and online press as well as
constant social media growth.
• Create supreme brand partnerships as part of the acquisition strategy for the restaurants as well as increasing the
profile through online content and press.
• Develop and create the annual and monthly content plan for the restaurants through online and offline creative.
• Responsible for all aspects of the implementation of the marketing plan (event logistics, collateral, online & offline
communication).
• Directing photo shoots and ensuring that there is up to date imagery of the restaurant in all marketing information.
• Support and facilitate Head Office group sales and marketing projects.
• Create marketing and press initiatives and campaigns working closely with the PR agencies
• Proactive outreach to local businesses, relevant corporates, residents and local markets to develop the businesses
core.
• Weekly and monthly review and measurement of marketing initiatives calculating potential ROI against budget
• Oversee and review all online aspects of the brands from websites, to 3rd party partners’ listings online and offline
• Implement the marketing plan (event logistics, collateral, online & offline communication)
• Regular updating restaurant marketing plans for monthly review with input from the marketing director
• Efficient development and maintenance of restaurant websites, ensuring they are up to date at all times and
implementing changes to reflect activities / promotions

Key Requirements:

• Communication and analytical skills combined with creative sensibilities.
• 3 years+ proactive marketing / sales in F&B or retail environment
• Great attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• CRM & CMS experience useful.
• Organised with a structured approach.
