Assistant Manager - Up to 32k plus tronc

We're looking for a passionate, hands- on Assistant Manager to join our team at the Defectors Weld in Shepherds Bush - the go to place for pre-concert drinks and post-show vibes, soundtracked by a fantastic atmosphere, great drinks and of course a discerning selection of music.  The food offer is smokehouse inspired - think burgers, brisket, small plates - alongside some fantastic pub classics.  

You'll be supporting the General Manager in all aspects of day to day operations - running service, training and motivating the team, dealing with guest complaints, as well as getting involved in planning and developing the business.  The ideal candidate has management experience within a fast paced venue and is looking to develop and further their career.
