As a Junior Sous-Chef you will assist the Head chef or Sous-Chef & work within a busy branded environment.
Key responsibilities include the
following
• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to spec
• Supervising and training any chef de parties or commis working with you
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the
rules of health and safety
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

becoming a head chef with us.
