Junior Sous Chef wanted for Drake & Morgan’s Bars and Restaurants

Since opening our doors in 2008, the Drake & Morgan collection now has 17 beautiful bars and restaurants in London and Manchester.

We wanted to create a unique space where locals and visitors alike could enjoy thoughtful, inspired menus and innovative, crafted cocktails in the most welcoming environment. An escape from the everyday.

As a Junior Sous-Chef you will assist the Head chef or Sous-Chef & work within a busy branded environment.

Key responsibilities include the following

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to spec
• Supervising and training any chef de parties or commis working with you
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

We are focused on developing our teams and this role could be the first step to becoming a head chef with us.
