Sales & Events Manager - Dirty Martini Cocktail Bars - St Paul's, London


  • Salary up to £35,000 per annum
  • Quarterly performance-based bonus scheme (worth an additional 25% of salary)

Are you an experienced Sales person in the hospitality industry wanting the next step in your career? Does the idea of working for a celebrated UK wide brand excite you?

We are looking for a passionate Sales & Events Manager for one of our best Dirty Martini London locations, Dirty Martini St Paul's.

Dirty Martini are a group of 12 stylish cocktail bars with venues across London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Leeds, Manchester and Bristol, offering everything from our famous Martini Brunch to Private Events Spaces.

 

As a Sales & Events Manager you should;

  • Have passion and involvement in the bar and cocktail scene.
  • Be a self-starter who wants to make things happen and can deliver results.
  • Be a strong, motivational leader.
  • Be a natural networker who thrives when growing personal connections and sourcing local opportunities both marketing and sales.
  • Be a dynamic individual who embraces challenges and wants to make their mark on this stunning venue.
  • Be a team player as well as being able to be self-motivated when working alone.

 

As a Sales & Events Manager you would;

  • Deliver pre booked sales targets for both your specific Dirty Martini location and London as a group.
  • Develop new and existing relationships with local corporate clients, regular bookers and 3rd party agencies.
  • See booking enquiries through from start to finish.
  • Be an ambassador for the brand and ensure our brand guidelines are reflected in your day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Report to the Group Sales Manager
