We're on the hunt for a Junior Sous Chef who knows their way around a kitchen, can handle the heat, and still crack a smile. Ideally, you’ve clocked up 4+ years in fresh food kitchens and know how to bring finesse to a full English and flair to a wedding feast.

• Supporting the Head and Sous Chef with all things culinary

• Cooking from scratch with seasonal, quality ingredients

• Contributing to menus that go beyond pub grub

• Helping lead the team through busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner services

• Getting involved with private events and weddings—we love a party, but we do it properly

• 4+ years of kitchen experience in a fresh food environment

• Someone who’s as calm with a cracked hollandaise as they are with a cracked joke

• A natural team player with leadership potential

• Keen eye for detail, strong knife skills, and a love for food that tastes as good as it looks
