Supporting recruitment and performance management processes
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a premium, high-volume environment
Strong financial acumen with understanding of GP, labour cost control, and waste management
Confident leadership style with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable
Operational resilience and composure under pressure
Clear ambition to progress to a Head Chef role
High standards and a hands-on leadership approach
Development & Progression
This role is designed for a chef ready to transition into full kitchen leadership. You will gain:
Structured exposure to commercial decision-making
