Full-Time Supervisor – The Dog & Fox

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Supervisor to join the team at The Dog & Fox. This is a full-time role for someone who thrives in a busy pub environment, leads from the front, and knows how to deliver great service while keeping the team motivated and organised.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the pub

• Leading shifts and setting the tone for excellent customer service

• Training and developing team members

• Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally

• Managing opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and stock control

• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior bar/restaurant role

• Strong leadership skills with a positive, can-do attitude

• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating a great guest experience

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key trading times
