Lionshare invests in purpose-driven, authentic food & beverage Brands that make people feel like they are part of something special. We are so fortunate to be working with Doh'hut on their expansion across the UK and around the World.
At Doh’hut we want people to indulge in the most high-quality donuts you’ve ever tasted. We guarantee you’ll enjoy our creations as a lot of time and love is put into each and every batch.
All of our donuts are handmade using quality flour from Shipton Mill. We fry the donuts until they’re superbly golden, roll them in sugar and stuff with mouth-watering fillings.
All the ingredients are of the finest quality, and every bit of dough and fillings are made by hand every day.
At Lionshare we hire more for attitude than aptitude. While having experience and knowledge of restaurant, bakery and or coffee shop operations can be of benefit, we are also very willing to teach you everything you need to know. You just need to have the right attitude, good work ethic and attention to detail.
The Assistant Bakery Manager at Doh’hut will be responsible for helping to manage daily operations and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. This individual will work closely with the Bakery Manager to oversee a team of staff members, maintain inventory and supplies, and ensure that all health and safety standards are met.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in a management or supervisory role, strong communication and customer service skills, and a positive and professional attitude. The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is also essential.
This role reports directly to the Bakery Manager (GM).
Prior to serving guests, you will be required to satisfactorily complete Level 3 UK Food and Hygiene Certification, as well as satisfactorily complete Doh’hut’s Orientation and Training Course. We will cover all associated costs of the training and your time to complete them.
This role can be a full-time or part-time position.
This is a great role for someone who wants to advance their career in the hospitality industry. As a rule, Lionshare promotes from within and this role can quickly lead to Bakery Manager (GM), along with several other opportunities within the organisation.
