Lionshare invests in purpose-driven, authentic food & beverage Brands that make people feel like they are part of something special. We are so fortunate to be working with Doh'hut on their expansion across the UK and around the World.
At Doh’hut we want people to indulge in the most high-quality donuts you’ve ever tasted. We guarantee you’ll enjoy our creations as a lot of time and love is put into each and every batch.
All of our donuts are handmade using quality flour from Shipton Mill. We fry the donuts until they’re superbly golden, roll them in sugar and stuff with mouth-watering fillings.
All the ingredients are of the finest quality, and every bit of dough and fillings are made by hand every day.
At Lionshare we hire more for attitude than aptitude. While having experience and knowledge of restaurant, bakery and or coffee shop operations can be of benefit, we are also very willing to teach you everything you need to know. You just need to have the right attitude, good work ethic and attention to detail.
We are looking for a Pastry Chef who has a passion for baking culinary masterpieces and for training and developing others. You should be motivated by taking charge, want to be a positive role model, leading by example with high attention to detail. With no day being the same, you must be an organised and clear communicator to maximise your teams’ potential and to deliver the world’s finest doughnuts to high standards whilst maintaining food safety standards.
The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating new and exciting doughnut flavours, as well as maintaining the core classics. The Pastry Chef will also be responsible for creating and maintaining the shop's daily doughnut menu and will work with the Team of Pastry Sous Chefs and Doh’hut’s corporate Pastry Team to create special, daily and seasonal offerings.
The pastry chef will also be responsible for ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are properly stocked and organized and will work with the Bakery Manager to manage the kitchen's inventory and budget. The pastry chef will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and will ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
