About the Role – What You’ll Do  

As a Kitchen Porter at Amazonico, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen operation—ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

You will:

• Collect and wash crockery, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
• Keep all kitchen, preparation, and storage areas clean and sanitised
• Assist with deliveries and store items away neatly and safely
• Organise cleaning materials and report low stock levels
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
• Support chefs and colleagues with a positive and team-oriented attitude

What We’re Looking For

• A can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen  
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene  
• A team player who’s dependable and respectful
• Previous experience in a kitchen porter or cleaning role is a plus, but not essential
