We are looking for a driven & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food-focused pub in the heart of Notting Hill. As a successful Assistant Manager we are looking for someone who has a passion for hospitality - striving for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team and shift management. We are looking for a motivated individual to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers as well as having a meaningful input into the forward planning of the pub. We have a strong commitment to the ongoing development of our team, and so will endeavor to support you with the requisite training and support you need, so that you can grow and succeed with us.
