The Role: Team Member

As a DUNDU Team Member, you are the first experience our guests have. You bring warmth, positivity, and genuine care to every interaction. From greeting guests to guiding them through our flavorful Nigerian menu, you help customize meals and deliver an exceptional experience. We train you to make smart, empowered decisions that create the best possible visit for each guest.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet guests, build bowls on the line, and complete transactions at the register
  • Create thoughtful, personalized guest experiences from start to finish
  • Maintain cleanliness in the front line, dining area, restrooms, and entryway
  • Restock napkins, utensils, beverage stations, and other service areas
  • Clean windows and high-touch surfaces
  • Learn our menu and seasonal items, and explain ingredients and dietary/allergen info to guests
  • Follow all food safety standards and prevent cross-contamination on the line
  • Follow recipes and procedures for quality and consistency
  • Set up, maintain, and break down the front line each shift
  • Operate the POS system to handle cashless transactions
  • Organize the online order pick-up area and assist guests in locating orders

Physical Requirements

  • Able to read, follow instructions, and comprehend information
  • Able to use electronic systems like tablets and POS devices
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand throughout your shift
  • Able to handle utensils, pans, tongs, and prep tools with dexterity
  • Must work in a constant state of alertness and safe conduct
