Chef Andrew Carmellini seeks an Assistant General Manager to join him at THE DUTCH, a roots-inspired American restaurant, bar and oyster room in SoHo named the "Best New Restaurant" to open in 2011 by The New York Times.

Ideal candidates possess:
*3-5 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry.
*A warm and gracious outlook, the ability to create stellar guest experiences.
*A professional and polished approach to leadership.
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic with the mentality of a team player.
*The ability to comfortably lead a team in a busy atmosphere.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Skilled with OpenTable and Salido, a plus.
*DOH Food Protection certified.
