We are now recruiting full time and part time Crew Members for all our stores!

Eggslut is a chef driven, gourmet food concept founded in Los Angeles in 2011. It’s inspired by a true love for eggs. The menu is a balance of comfort and innovation, celebrating food that appeals to both novice and extreme foodie through classic comfort fare with a twist. All-encompassing our key ingredient, eggs.

In August 2019 we opened the first restaurant in Europe – London, PORTOBELLO ROAD. In July 2020 we opened FITZROVIA store and now preparing the grand opening of SHOREDITCH.

We are looking for the most excited candidates to join this exiting project! 

As a Crew member you will part of one the most exciting restaurant teams in London. We have been growing Eggslut concept with the best team members who contribute with their knowledge and keep team spirit. You will be a brand ambassador and be a fundamental part of this adventure. 

Overall Responsibilities:

• Ensure guests are served with our best service standards
• Have an excellent understanding of Eggslut’s food and drinks menus
• Ensure restaurant areas are always clean and tidy 
• Deal with customers in a friendly, warm, courteous, and professional way at all times
• Constantly exceed expectations with fun and friendly customer service
• Happily assist your colleagues with genuine care 

• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate confidently with everyone
• Be positive and have a positive attitude
• Be passionate about food
• Have great customer service skills
• Works calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Exemplary standards of personal hygiene and presentation
• Have ambition to grow within Eggslut
