Job Summary  

We are seeking experienced, outgoing, and professional Bottle Service Servers to join our team. As a Bottle Service Server, you will be the face of the Rose Room VIP experience, providing personalized service, upselling premium products, and creating a fun, engaging, and memorable environment for guests.

 

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

  • Provide VIP bottle service to tables, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
  • Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Proactively sell tables and VIP packages to new and returning guests, helping to drive revenue and secure reservations.  
  • Educate guests on bottle options, mixers, and enhancements while confidently upselling premium products.
  • Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming, high-energy vibe tailored to each table’s needs.
  • Work closely with security, bussers, bar staff, and hosts to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in your section at all times.
  • Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and nightclub policies.

Your success with us requires these qualifications: 

  • Prior bottle service or upscale hospitality experience required.

  • Available Fri/Sat Nights

  • Knowledge of liquor, champagne, and cocktail offerings preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume nightlife setting.

  • Must be at least 21 years old and available to work late-night hours, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must present a polished, professional appearance and maintain Rose Room’s elevated brand image.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  This position is regularly required to stand, reach, bend, walk up and down stairs and lift heavy objects up to 25 lbs. The noise level in the work environment is typically high.  

 

  • Standing and Walking for Long Periods: Constant movement throughout the shift.

  • Carrying and Balancing Trays: Handling trays loaded with drinks, requiring strength and coordination.

  • Lifting: Occasionally lifting items like ice buckets, alcohol cases, or trays (up to 20 pounds).

  • Manual Dexterity: Quick and precise handling of drinks, orders, and serving tasks.

  • Stamina and Endurance: Working long, fast-paced shifts while maintaining energy.

  • Good Vision and Hearing: Ability to see and hear clearly in dimly lit, noisy environments.

  • Speed and Agility: Moving quickly through crowded spaces without spills or accidents.

  • Repetitive Motions: Regular bending, reaching, and serving motions throughout the shift.

  • Bending and Reaching: Frequently bending or stretching to serve customers or grab items.

  • Customer Interaction: Continuous movement and engagement with patrons, requiring physical and interpersonal skills.
